Who we are

Hinde Media sells sponsorships for YouTube channels and podcasts. Hinde Media is operated by Hinde Consulting, based in Ontario, Canada. This policy covers https://hindemedia.com and the forms on it. Questions go to [email protected].

What we collect

We collect what you type into our forms, and business contact details we gather for outreach, described below. Depending on the form, that is:

• Your name and email address.
• For creators: a link to your channel or show, an audience size range, categories and current sponsors.
• For brands: your company, a budget range and your campaign goals.
• Anything else you choose to write in a message field.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

Business contact information

We also reach out to creators and brands we think we could work with. For that we use business contact details such as a name, role, company or channel, and work email address, taken from public sources like channel pages and company websites, and from business contact databases. We use these only to contact you about sponsorship opportunities relevant to your show or brand. Every message says who we are and how to opt out. If you ask us to stop, we stop and keep only what we need to make sure we do not contact you again.

How we use it

• To reply to you and assess whether we are a fit to work together.
• To match creators with brands, once both sides have agreed to work with us.
• To send you deal information you have asked for.

We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing newsletters unless you ask for them.

Who sees it

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by an email delivery provider. The site is served by a hosting provider. Both act on our instructions and are bound by their own privacy and security terms. We share creator details with a brand, or brand details with a creator, only as part of a deal you have agreed to take part in.

Where it is processed

Some of the providers we use for email, hosting and outreach are based outside Canada, mainly in the United States, so your information may be stored and processed there and be subject to the laws of that country.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not set tracking cookies and does not run third-party advertising scripts. If we add privacy-respecting analytics later, we will update this page.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we might reasonably work together, and deal records for as long as our accounting and legal obligations require. Email us if you want your information deleted and we will do that unless a law or contract requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be called out clearly.
